Design Services
Receiving
All items shipped to our facility are visually inspected, photographed and cataloged in the client's online inventory. Inventories are shared through unique links that can be viewed at the customers convenience and easily shared with team members. Here one can view photos, description, shipping documents and check the status of items in storage. Arrival notifications with updated inventories are emailed each day a new item is received.

Inspection
Upon delivery, all items received will undergo a full visual inspection. Any shipment that arrives with visible damage will be opened and inspected. For an additional charge, any item received, regardless of packaging conditions, can be fully unpackaged, inspected and photographed. Managed Storage
Within a minute of I-526, PR&DS provides centrally located design warehousing in a clean, secure and organized facility. We offer full-service design storage intended to simplify the storage of goods between shipping and installation. Our easily accessible inventory database allows the client to freely track the status of their projects as items are received.
White Glove Delivery & Installation
Pr&DS has provided white glove delivery services to Charleston and the surrounding area since 2018. While serving local designers, receivers and retailers we have gained a reputation for providing consistently reliable, high-quality service. With the recent expansion of our receiving operation, we now offer the same level of expertise from our own facility.
Furniture Assembly
To necessitate easier shipping, modern furniture regularly requires additional assembly at the time of delivery. PR&DS offers assembly services for all items received and delivered by our team.
